Sales Analyst – Canada

We’re seeking an experienced and adaptable Sales Analyst who thrives on supporting leadership, streamlining business processes, and keeping operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts organized, digitally fluent, people-oriented, and confident working across departments — someone who communicates clearly, follows through on details, and collaborates well rather than working in a silo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytic data support to executives and team mates, meeting prep, and minute-taking.
  • Manage CRM system records and support financial and accounting and payment tasks,
including book keeping, invoicing, and customer & provider payments coordination.
  • Oversee Customer supply management, and document and hardware control processes
    (including shipping).
  • Help in booking internal and external company events.
  • Monitor marketing platforms, assist with content scheduling and publication, campaigns, and event logistics.
  • Liaise with external partners and clients, maintaining a polished and professional point of contact.
  • Organize internal documentation and process improvements, ensuring business continuity.
  • Assist with administrative elements of international project coordination, particularly in maritime-related projects.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using tools from Atlassian, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and Copilot and other AI or software tools to support strategic decision-making.

What we’re looking for:

  • A natural communicator—professional tone, clear writing, and a confident speaking presence
  • AI-fluent and tech-savvy—quick to learn new tools and proactive about applying AI to improve workflows and outcomes
  • A collaborative team player—works effectively across sales, marketing, operations, and leadership
  • A data-conscious organizer—turns insights into action and sees the story behind the numbers
  • Steady under pressure—dependable, positive, and calm when priorities shift or workloads build
  • Trustworthy and discreet—especially when handling financials or executive support
  • Service-oriented and warm—brings that same energy to teammates and leadership as to partners and clients
  • A genuine interest—or better, a passion—for the maritime, offshore, or hydrographic sector is a bonus

Role requirements:

  • Able to legally work in USA and Canada and get security clearance required.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales and invoicing & administration operations coordination.
  • Relevant Business, Accounting or Administration academic degree or equivalent experience.
