Are you a hydrographer looking for a more stable private life, QPS needs your skills! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hydrographer to join our team.
Customer support
We are looking for Customer Support team members to strengthen our team from our office in Zeist, Netherlands. Our customers expect quality support, therefore your hydrographic knowledge is key.
You will be
- Working with our applications Qinsy, Qimera, Fledermaus & Qastor.
- Providing Customer Support, from our offices, on-site, or at home.
- Giving software training and demonstrations, either in-house, onboard, or at a customer’s location.
- Collaborate with other teams within QPS or external parties like hardware manufacturers to resolve customer problems.
Skills and Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject (e.g. Hydrography preferred) or relevant experience.
- Dutch residency or work permit/citizenship.
