QPS MBES & Dredging Workflow – In Person Training – Fall 2025 – BCIT
This 6 day paid training curriculum for the Q-suite: Qinsy, Qimera and Fledermaus workflows will be hosted at the BCIT Campus in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The QPS training is focused on the multibeam bathymetric data workflow in the QPS software suite and we will touch on the basics of the multibeam and backscatter workflows, as well as advanced topics & dredging workflows. The paid training consists on classroom sessions with one demo day (Saturday, sorry no rainchecks). Each session is split into several in classroom demonstrations and exercises. After each demonstration, an exercise will be provided. Participants will have time to finish the exercise within the session.
Open training is a great opportunity for direct questions and discussions, as well as gaining vessel experience for real-time data collection & processing!
The training is held from 0830 – 1630 Pacific Time.
