Your responsibilities

• Preparing sales invoices and processing purchase invoices

• Managing hardware inventory and stock control

• Responding to and tracking emails and customer contact

• Handling sales inquiries and preparing quotations

• Supporting the sales and account management team

• Contributing ideas for process improvements within the back office

What we’re looking for

• HBO (secondary vocational/college) level education, preferably in a commercial or administrative field

• Precision and attention to detail

• Strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written

• Experience with administrative tasks and customer contact is a plus

• Affinity with the maritime or software industry is an advantage

• Proactive and independent work attitude
